If you’re feeling low-key and “just there”, this particular newsletter is dedicated to you (and I).
I wish it weren’t the case, but I seem to know a lot of people who are going through a lot, coming back from a lot and still inside a lot🥺. These days I hear stories from friends, family members and clients and it’s looking like everyone’s right in the thick of it at the moment.
I honestly do not plan to belabor you with wise cracks and bland mantras. I just want you to know that you’re seen. I know it’s overwhelming and you can’t even seem to make sense of it, but you’re valued.
I’ll only be asking you to do me just one favour; DON’T CAVE. Please my darling. Don’t cave to the narrative of your inner voice, telling you how hopeless this situation is, or how utterly worthless you are, or how useless your efforts would be. Do. Not. Cave.
Put one step after another. Turn up daily. Your hard-work is valid and SO IS YOUR REST. I want you to know that imagine my hands closely knit into yours, as we walk through this month together. May your heart be light and your aura be colorful.
